Fibre optic communication system

This image shows the basic fibre optic communication system.
This communication system is one of the recent developments in technology. Electrical signals/digital signals are converted in to light signals using fibre optic cables. This cable consists of optical reflector and transmitter. With these components, the data source is transferred within microseconds.
Signals from input data are sent to the transmitter circuit. Using fibre optic cable, light source is transferred to the detector. Receiver circuit collects the source and it converts them in to digital data again.

Production of organ-humanised mouse

This image shows the production of organ-humanised mouse. Let us know about the application of genetic engineering for tests using mouse. Recent tests for COVID-19 vaccination has also been undertaken on mouse.
There is a rapid improvement on genome analysis technology. Research on diseases that are associated with genes are also being done. However, there is always an obstacle between Gene and disease, since humans cannot be used as an experimental object.  Hence, model animal is taken as an experimental object which plays an important role.
An innovative technology becomes essential to cope up the difference between humans and animals, both genetically and phenotypically. "Humanised mouse" becomes the solution to this problem.

Aluminium production process

This image shows the production process of aluminium.
Aluminium is the most effective and desirable material. It is a natural gift from the nature. Once aluminium was discovered, it took the position of other metals such as copper, silver and steel type materials.
Aluminium is manufactured from the raw material called alumina which is in liquid form. It is allowed to flow through furnace and it is converted into high reactive liquid aluminium.
As per our requirement, the process of shaping the metal can be done such as using metal extrusion process in a rod, using sheet metal through cutting or by using wire rod by rolling it.

Basic Marking Methods in machining

The above image indicates the four process such as Engraving,Marking,Fusing and cutting are the most commonly used marking methods in laser based machiningprocess.Engraving is the process of removing the material based on the logo, designs and naming of the industry with respect to the products.

Marking is mostly based on the process of numbering for identification which won't be visible at the end result of the product.Fusing refers to the process of heating and melting of 2 material based on the requirement which is similar to welding process.
Cutting is almost common machining process once the marking step is completed separation of each parts done by cutting process.

All the process can be concurrent and also a seperate work based on the requirement of the product.

Crescograph

This image is a device to detect the plant growth.
It is device used for measuring the height of the plant from 0.0001 inch to 0.000001 inch of precision. It helps in the research that are based on plants anatomy and its natural behaviour based on the climate change. It also helps to detect the longlasting life period of the plants depending upon its height.
However, its normal operating range is from 1/1000 to 1/10,000 of an inch. The component which actually measures the movement is a differential transformer (A). It's movable core is hinged between points (B) and (C). Two lever arms hinged at points (D), (B) and (E), (C), form a parallelogram that holds the core centered within the opening of the differential transformer as it moves up and down. A micrometer (F) is used to adjust and calibrate the system. This device was invented by the Indian scientist Jagdish Chandra Bose.

Manufacturing flow of Nut

This image shows the manufacturing flow of nut.
A steel wire rod is straightened using a forming machine. Using a cutting machine, the rod is cut and the pieces are heated at 1200°C using induction heater.

Using hydraulic hammer, head of the nut is made and it is drilled with drilling machine and lubricant oil. It is then threaded using threading machine and again heated at 870°C for one hour with induction heater. After this rapid cooling is done using oil chamber. As a result, finished nut is obtined.

Components in microphone

This image shows the material composition of microphone.
Microphones are also called as mic which is an electronic device that converts sound waves to electrical signals using magnets, coils and wires. The outer shell of this device is made up of plastic material which acts as an insulator. Diaphragm is a clothing structure that has infinite holes which allow the sound waves for the equal distribution of signals. This simple principle is to convert vibrations to electrical signals which is the reverse piezo effect.
