ATM is made of CPU (microprocessor) which is the principal component. VDU (visual display unit) acts as the interface with the client as it comprises of screen and keyboard. There is a Receipt printer which produces hard copies of all the transactions. It also has Card Reader and Money Dispensing Slots. A sensor determines if two or more bills are stuck together or if the wrong denomination was pulled and sends it to the rejection box.
